WP 2 & 3

WP2 and WP3 are technical workpackages. Their aim is to identify and rank candidate options to come up with the most appropriate one to the China context.

WP 2

WP2 will consist of 4 tasks:

- 2.1 Inventory of options for capture
- 2.2 Concept studies for coal-based plants
- 2.3 Overview of polygeneration
- 2.4 CO2 transfer conditions and requirements

WP 3

WP3 will consist of 3 tasks:

- 3.1 Capacity estimate at regional level
- 3.2 Mapping of the geology and point emission sources
- 3.3 Improving methodologies for storage capacity assessment and site selection criteria
